All programs are individually tailored to address the complex matter of YOUR individual nutritional needs in the context of YOUR lifestyle, environment and medical history, in order to help you achieve optimum health.
Nutritional therapy is NOT a substitute for conventional medical treatment, but can complement any treatment that you may be receiving from your healthcare professional. GP referral and collaboration is encouraged, with patient consent.

Anne trained with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health (IINH) and is a qualified Nutritional Therapist. She is a member of the Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI) and British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) who both enforce a strict code of ethics and practice.
Anne believes today's chronic illnesses are preventable with good nutrition and practices nutritional therapy because she believes in addressing the underlying cause of disease and preventing ill-health wherever possible.
